I'm Sarah, a plant-based, bilingual personal trainer (French&English). I've been getting people fit(ter) since 2013. Before that, I was a journalist.
As well as training one-on-one clients, I teach group classes in studios, outdoors and online (body pump, spin, metcon, strength and conditioning, kettlebells, TRX, bootcamp, exercise to music, pre and post natal, crossfit, circuit...). I have been working with most major gym groups in London (Fitness first, Virgin active, Nuffield, Third space, Gymbox, Hybrid fitness, One Ldn...).
I also enjoy the "out of the box" type of work. For instance, I've taught online corporate classes across three continents for Phaidon International. I'm one of the coach on "the Curve" which is an app dedicated to women and training around their menstrual cycles. And I have a company called Gym On Site that offers specialist stretch and flex (SF) programmes to the construction industry.
As a side note, I've successfully competed in bodybuilding (with the WBFF), Crossfit, functional fitness and samba dancing. I'm also an avid road cyclist and runner.
