Who is Coachbumzilla?

Hey there, I'm Sarah—a passionate vegan and bilingual personal trainer fluent in both French and English. Since 2013, I've been dedicated to helping individuals like you achieve their fitness goals and live their healthiest lives.

Before diving into the world of fitness, I had a successful career as a journalist, which instilled in me a love for storytelling and communication. Now, I channel that passion into empowering others through personalized training programs and dynamic group classes.

My expertise extends far beyond the traditional gym setting. From teaching group classes in studios, outdoors, and online—including body pump, spin, metcon, strength and conditioning, kettlebells, TRX, bootcamp, and more—to working with major gym groups across London, I've honed my skills in diverse environments to cater to a wide range of needs and preferences.

But I don't stop there. I thrive on "out of the box" opportunities, such as leading online corporate classes globally and coaching on "the Curve" app, dedicated to women's training around their menstrual cycles. Additionally, my company specializes in offering stretch and flex (SF) programs tailored to the unique demands of the construction industry.

My journey in fitness isn't just professional—it's personal too. From competing in bodybuilding with the WBFF to mastering CrossFit, functional fitness, and even samba dancing, I've explored various disciplines to challenge and push my limits. And as an avid road cyclist, I understand the importance of finding joy and fulfillment in movement.

When I'm not helping others crush their fitness goals, I enjoy spending time with my Brazilian husband, Jonas, and our two free-roam bunnies, Cham and Wolfie.
